Our tallow is made from carefully selected, grass-fed and grass-finished beef fat from pasture-raised cattle. Naturally rich in stable saturated fats and fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E & K), it delivers the kind of dense nourishment traditional diets relied on for generations. We render and filter every batch ourselves so we know exactly what ends up in each jar. Clean, consistent, and ready for both kitchen and skincare use.

We use a dry-rendering method, meaning no water is added during the process. This greatly reduces residual moisture in the final product, helping prevent mold growth and keeping the tallow highly shelf-stable when stored in a cool, dark place with the lid closed. The result is a smooth, neutral tallow that keeps well and performs reliably over time.
